I want to help you transform how you see and value yourself to create healthy relationships rooted in Love and peace. I am here for you through your complicated break-ups and painful relationships. Through X-ray empowerment vision, I want to help you see into your own heart and understand your skills to discern your hidden superpowers (and the way Love shows up and speaks through them). I communicate this to you through empowerment and metaphoric storytelling. I want to lead you to a deeper understanding of what Love really is and how to Love yourself. I also want to help you with your deep-rooted insecurities, people-pleasing patterns and lack of confidence.
It’s always my goal to provide a safe space for you to feel your feelings, express your thoughts and let your fears come into the light without judgement, criticism or condescension. The trust we share and the bond we build will create the atmosphere to release what is holding you back, so that you can experience complete peace, calm and joy. I aim to be a gentle, kind, respectful and patient mentor throughout your process of healing, growth and transformation.
Commitment to the process is essential to truly experience growth and transformation. This requires you to fully commit to yourself, to do the work that is given at the end of each session and to be fully present in our time together. In some of these sessions we will workshop specific tools to bring healing and transformation into your life and relationships. The tools are simple, powerful and effective. They’ve worked in my own life and in the lives of all of the people I’ve worked with over the last five years. By taking practical, simple steps together, we’ll move you forward in your journey of overcoming fears and limited beliefs so that the fruit of your life is vibrant, powerful and flourishing.
