Individualized Therapeutic Guidance

However you come to us, we’ll engage with you in the same way, with presence and compassion. We trust in you and want to see the whole of you. Our work is to help guide you back into your wholeness, a healing that carries over into all parts of your life.

A large focus of our work is to help you understand culture’s role and impact on your life. By looking at culture, we’ll help you understand how your conditioning and traumas have become the programs themselves, and therefore lead you to believe it’s who you are. This is just not true.

Our services are donation-based. For any of our individualized offerings we recommend between $60 - 125 hourly. However, we understand that this may prove difficult for many. If this is the case, please donate what makes sense for you. No questions asked.

Some general things you may want to know:

  • We have discovered the only way for change to happen is for one to be open to questioning everything about oneself. Please come open to dive in.

  • We don’t take insurance (we do take HSAs) and it allows us to be flexible in a few ways:

    1) We can meet outside. if desired. Eco psychology reminds us of how crucial it is to be outdoors and how much benefit it provides us when processing new information and ideas. There is nothing more healing than nature. We love the freedom to walk and talk or just be with you outside.

    2) We want to work with you no matter where you’re located. Whether you move around a lot or we started working together and now you’re moving, we can stick together. We can keep working with you no matter where you are.

    3) We like to cater to a session timeframe that works for you. We find an hour doesn’t always do it. We like to remain open to shorter or longer sessions, multiple sessions a week, monthly check-ins, or whatever seems to support you and your healing.

    4) Sometimes we find it useful to meet in your environment. Meeting you in your home environment or a community setting can be very useful, and we want to keep open opportunities that will lead to the most healing.

    5) We can bring in resources for additional support. For instance, if you’re an ex-pro athlete or have a chronic illness, we may be able to bring someone in who is going through what you’re going through. We find this type of relatability and support can be very healing.

Please read the consent form and cancellation agreement below for more details around how we work with you.

“We are so engaged with doing things with outer value, that we forget the inner value, the rapture that is being alive, is what it is about.” - Joseph Campbell
