Meditation is about being aware. Awareness is not dual, meaning it is completely present and beyond thought. It is a seeing that doesn’t escape. It sees what is, and in that seeing comes an understanding that is not forced by thought. By tapping into non-dual awareness, we will break through the ego barriers.
We all can wake up. The teachings imparted by the Buddha, Lao Tzu, and Jesus came about because they finally stopped and deeply meditated. Their heroic journeys involved pausing for deep contemplation and embarking on an exploration of the nature of the self. They were bestowed with gifts intended to be returned and shared with humanity: the means to alleviate suffering, the pathway to engage with the Tao or Wholeness, and the understanding of how to connect with love. These were the precious insights they offered, directing attention towards the heart of Truth. However, rather than delving into the essence they signaled, the majority of individuals clung to prevailing ideas and their associated securities, failing to undertake the journey themselves. They remained entrenched in their juvenile perspectives, hindered by fear from making the profound leap into self-exploration. Nonetheless, if one chooses to embrace this leap and dive into meditation, one may indeed embody the essence of Christ or Buddha, for they are no different from oneself.
Nondual awareness is innate in each one of us. It is a deep listening that has no direction, is not about right or wrong, and is a presence that will bring you into a deep understanding of one's nature. One will begin to see that meditation is not just sitting or walking but in all areas of one’s life. By bringing awareness into all areas, one will discover a profound, undifferentiated openness to the nature of reality.
Nondual awareness lives in the Now.
The Now is the only place where one can be.
The Now is where you truly live.
Stuck in conditioned thought, constantly moving from the past to the future creates an illusionary barrier to the Now.
Nondual awareness brings one back into presence
and shines a light
on the illusionary aspect of thoughting and the personalized self.

If we stopped rushing and listened in complete openness, letting our minds be quiet, we would see that all illusions slip away, and in that quiet, wholeness is directly experienced. To see clearly, the mind needs to be silent.
Meditation is the ending of the self-centered activity of the mind, and with practice, you will discover immeasurable Wholeness, calm, and love.
Likewise, if you want to end fear, delusion, and ignorance while deeply connecting to reality, this is for you.

“There is only one meditation - the rigorous refusal to harbor thoughts. Whatever state I am in, I see it as a state of mind to be accepted as it is. Whatever you may have to do, watch your mind. Also you must have moments of complete inner peace and quiet, when your mind is absolutely still.”
