I am so excited to partner with you on a journey of self-discovery, helping you navigate the noise of our sometimes bewildering lives. By practicing intentional slowing down and rigorously questioning all assumptions, we can gain a clearer perspective on the obstacles you face. While you may not yet fully trust in your own capacity for change, please know that you possess this inherent power—as we all do!

My foundational approach operates from the understanding that the cultural system often needs correction, not the individual. The beliefs and behaviors you exhibit are frequently a natural response to living within a largely dysfunctional culture. Recognizing this truth is a crucial starting point that will help you see that you are neither at fault nor alone. My goal is not to simply excuse behaviors as "culture's fault," but rather to illuminate reality and guide you toward clear-sighted action.

Our exploration will be tailored to your specific needs, drawing upon a range of therapeutic modalities such as Internal Family Systems (IFS), mindfulness, cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), and psychosomatic techniques. A deep, emotionally focused, and transpersonal thread will always weave through our work, frequently involving the observation of your rooted thoughts and beliefs. The core of our time together will be a consistent practice where you experience being heard, seen, and deeply understood. This process, in turn, teaches you how to cultivate the same level of self-awareness and understanding for yourself and for others.

Through this integrated, holistic lens, we will explore who you are and the unique gifts you have to offer yourself and the world. I look forward to beginning this process with you!

My Focus:

1:1 Relationship guidance- traditional and non-binary

Communication and dialogue skill-building and guidance

Transpersonal and existential teaching and guidance

Meditation and slow movement teaching and guidance

Psychosomatic and yoga teaching and practice

Support with anxiety reduction through combined practices and teaching

Some general things about my practice:

I don’t take insurance. I work under Love University’s model: a contribution-based payment approach. I recommend between $15 - 250 hourly. I choose a wide range because I notice a sizeable financial discrepancy between households, and I don’t want anyone to feel shame or guilt for what they can give. I understand even offering a few dollars may prove difficult for many. Please donate what makes sense for you. No questions asked. For more info, please head to the Support Us page.

Not taking insurance allows me to be flexible in a few ways:

1) I want to work with you no matter where you’re located. Whether you move around a lot or we started working together and now you’re moving, we can stick together.

2) I like to cater to a session timeframe that works for you. I find an hour doesn’t always work. I want to remain open to shorter or longer sessions, multiple sessions a week, monthly check-ins, or whatever seems to support you and your healing.

3) We can meet outside, in your home environment, or in the community.

4) We can bring in resources for additional support. For instance, if you’re an ex-pro athlete or have a chronic illness, we may be able to bring someone in who is going through what you’re going through. We find this type of relatability and support can be very healing.
