Midday Mindfulness: A Noon Meditation Series

Starts May 5th | Online | Open to all

Join me every Monday at noon for a 45-minute online meditation session designed to help you reset, recharge, and reconnect. Each month, we’ll explore a new theme, weaving mindfulness into daily life.

For May, our focus is Awareness of the Senses, with a special emphasis on Mindful Eating. We’ll begin with simple meditation techniques to center our energy and calm the mind, followed by a guided exploration of the senses. We’ll close our time together by mindfully sharing the beginning of our lunches, savoring each bite with gratitude for the nourishment it provides.

No experience needed. Cameras on or off—come as you are. This is your space to slow down, be present, and cultivate awareness in a supportive and welcoming environment.

June's Theme – The Breath as Anchor

Exploring the breath as a tool for presence, calm, and resilience. Learn techniques to deepen your awareness and regulate your nervous system.

About the Instructor

Maggie Mae Anderson has been teaching yoga and mindfulness for over two decades, blending movement, breathwork, and meditation to create accessible and empowering classes for all levels. She received her initial training from senior Iyengar teacher Gayna Uransky at the Heartwood Institute in 2000, then obtained her 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training at the Sivananda Ashram in the Bahamas in 2005 and later deepened her studies with an 800-hour Integrative Yoga Therapy certification under Joseph LePage at Kripalu in 2015.

Over the years, Maggie Mae has taught in a variety of settings, including Topnotch, The Swimming Hole, West Branch Yoga, Oxygen, and Stoweflake in Stowe, as well as Balance Yoga in Richmond and the Craftsbury Outdoor Center. Her teaching philosophy is rooted in the belief that yoga is not about achieving the "perfect pose" but about connecting with one’s body, breath, and inner wisdom in a way that fosters healing and self-compassion.

With a background in yoga therapy, Maggie Mae specializes in guiding students toward greater self-awareness, resilience, and holistic well-being. Whether leading a dynamic vinyasa flow, a restorative session, or a meditation-based class, she creates a welcoming space for students to explore movement and stillness with curiosity and kindness.
