How we do it…
Individual and couples therapy is offered in person and online in South Burlington and Waterbury. Group therapy is offered in Waterbury and throughout Vermont.
Yoga therapy is therapy, not a yoga class. Clients can expect conversation, diverse opportunities for embodiment, and personal practices that are as unique as they are! They have autonomy over their bodies and can experience this therapy completely hands-off if that is their preference.
Yoga therapy acknowledges the whole person, not just the cognitive mind. It utilizes the body as the main vehicle for understanding the mind and our behavior and engaging in sustainable and revitalizing life change.
Yoga therapy is suitable for all people and all bodies because it's simply about partnering with the body to learn and grow, and we expect it to look different from person to person.
I’m passionate about advocating for wellness sovereignty and putting power back in my clients’ hands! With yoga therapy, I help people partner with their bodies for their mental health and wellness.
When people feel whole, safe, and empowered, they are wiser stewards of their lives and our planet. I founded OGGI BE to offer services and resources and convene a collective of people who want to be present, authentic, and intentional in their lives. Clients find me for healing, change, alignment, and deep connection to self and purpose.
