Kate’s Prenatal Yoga Class
Yoga is joyful movement!
Prenatal Yoga is slower, with intentional cues to link your breath with your movement, you with your baby. In each class you’ll have the chance to check-in. How are you? What are the pregnancy symptoms you’re experiencing this week? How is your mood?
We’ll take time to breathe, relax, slow down, and listen. There will be a guided meditation that invites you to connect with your growing baby. Plus lots of yummy movement to stretch, strengthen, and prepare your wonderful body to carry and deliver your baby.
I teach from a background in Kripalu Yoga, which focuses on compassion for oneself, ever deepening the knowledge of what you need in this moment. I am also trained in Pranakriya Prenatal Yoga, which emphasizes women/pregnant persons supporting each other during our journey toward motherhood.
Please email me with any questions or register for the next class.
