No questions asked. On the flip side, if you can donate more, just know that any extra amount helps keep our classes available for all.

You can donate on our Support Us page for one class, or make a monthly recurring donation for unlimited classes. You can also donate in person day of class, by cash, check, or Venmo.

Please email us at our Love University email with questions, or email your teacher directly (emails are on their pages).

We welcome drop-ins as long as there is space. Reserve your class spot here, we can’t wait to explore with you!

Yoga and Meditation Day of Exploration for Absolute Beginners

Curious about yoga and meditation but never felt comfortable enough to take a class? Perhaps you tried one or two classes but felt lost? This event was created specifically for you! All you need is a willingness to try something new. These events are a full day of learning, in a fun and communal environment. They are run by Maggie Mae, April and Garin.

We do not run these events regularly but love doing them! If you are interested, just email us and let’s see what we can make happen.

Through yoga and meditation we can begin to see that we are connected to everything around us. The lessons we grasp from being present with our minds and bodies are lessons for living.

Let’s do this!
